Requirements for Online Sessions:
To receive counseling services, you must be living in New York at the time of each session. You’ll also need to have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone and a stable internet connection.
PLEASE NOTE:
Teletherapy is often insufficient during a mental health crisis or emergency, as these services may not provide adequate assistance in these instances.
